FOLLOW-UP: YANKEES TERMINATE EMPLOYEE FOR OFF-DUTY MISCONDUCT

HR Law Insider’s last edition asked whether it is appropriate to terminate employees for off-duty misconduct.  Yesterday, the New York Yankees answered “yes” by firing a (really stupid) employee for offensive tweets:
